Daniel Strubinger grew up helping his father sell Pioneer® brand seed. In 2020, he took over the family business and formed Strubinger Ag. Will Firkins began working with Pioneer as a partner at Central Vermillion Seed in 2019. Daniel and Will merged their two agencies into Stateline Seed in 2023.
Daniel and Will enjoy providing helpful service to farmers in their communities. As a proud Pioneer sales team, they strive to help farmers maximize yields, boost profitability, and solve complex problems on their farms.
Stateline Seed’s growers know that Daniel and Will are there to help whenever problems arise. Their experience and expertise are backed by the support of Pioneer — so if they don’t have an answer, they know where to find it.
Daniel and Will are actively involved in their communities. They have personal relationships with their customers and their families and take pride in basing their business on these relationships.

Daniel grew up on his family farm watching his dad sell Pioneer® brand seed. As he got older, he became more interested in the business and began to help his dad sell and deliver seed. In 2005, he married his wife, Heather, and they have two very active children, Emery and Claire.

Will grew up in the Champaign/Vermilion County area and has strong ties to the community, since his grandparents have a farm in the Indianola area. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 2015, and he began working with Pioneer in 2019. Will and his wife, Courtney, currently live on their farm in Homer, Illinois.

Heather graduated from Indiana State University with a degree in elementary education. She has since left the teaching field and now works full-time as an office administrator for Stateline Seed and is also a secretary for the family farm.
